Kailo Medispa

Changing your mindset takes practise, much like any other activity you want to become great at. The energy you put into changing your thoughts is mentally exhausting and often brings physical exhaustion. This week I’ve been focussing on breaking down the intrusive thoughts and working on uplifting my mood with prayer and meditation. When I get overwhelmed with negative thoughts or feelings, I take myself away to a quiet place, lie down, close my eyes, and meditate. After five minutes, I let go of the negative vibes and move on with my day. This week I treated myself to a day spa experience at the Awarded Kailo Medispa as I was physically in need of some pampering to rejuvenate my body and rest my mind. Along with meditating, praying and changing, I required some rest. Overloading your mind with tasks and thoughts requires you to rest your body physically.

Kailo Medispa in Brisbane is a luxurious spa offering a wide range of services to promote health, wellness, and beauty. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a long day at work or you need some pampering, Kailo Medispa has everything you need to feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Kailo Medispa is situated inside the Calile Hotel on James Street on level one, making it easily accessible for those who live or work in the CBD area. The spa will greet you with its serene environment as soon as you step inside. The soft lighting, soothing music, and elegant decor create a peaceful and calming atmosphere that will help you forget your worries and focus on your well-being.

One of the standout features of Kailo Medispa Brisbane is its extensive menu of treatments. Whether you need a massage, a facial, or a body treatment, you will find what you’re after. I got the petite spa ritual under their packages. This consisted of a facial, foot soak, back massage and foot scrub and massage. Hannah was my therapist, who I highly recommend booking in with.

Overall, Kailo Medispa Brisbane is a wonderful destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and indulge in some much-needed self-care. With its relaxing atmosphere, extensive menu of services, and knowledgeable staff, the spa is sure to leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to take on the world.

As the Spa is situated near Hellenika, it was only fitting to catch up with a friend afterwards for a cocktail and some nibbles. Currently, the Michael Cook Fake Exhibition is on level one. I recommend checking out his work. In my opinion, his photography portrays a surreal approach to the Australian landscape, culture, and fashion. The placement of luxury designer items set amongst the outback gave me the vibe he was showing off the glamour and urbanisation of Australia we know today mixed with the heritage of the land. It’s a blend of outback meets the city and could very well be mistaken for a Vogue Editorial shoot.

This Mum ended the week well-rested and rejuvenated for the week ahead.

I will be back, thanks Kailo!
